I began conceptualizing this album in 2020. When everything slowed down, and quiet settled in, I started contemplating humanity, the world...I pondered everything that came to mind. Interestingly, the more I thought, the more I realized that the people and stories around me, though seemingly the smallest things in the vast universe, are what each of us cannot part with, whether for a day, a year, or even many years until we complete our life's journey. They require a lifetime of understanding, experiencing, and insight. Whoever you are, whether you tend toward pessimism or optimism, you must taste all the flavors of life—both the bitter and the sweet. Thus, each person has their own shared and unique stories and insights! I use music to tell this story, with eight songs, to see if your story might also be among them...

Newgrass project

This album is the first bluegrass album recorded in China in collaboration with three professional bluegrass musicians from the United States. The album primarily features original compositions by these musicians, along with a selection of traditional bluegrass pieces, hence the title Newgrass Project.

On The Road

This album attempts to center around bluegrass while blending elements of jazz, funk, Mongolian, and Serbian folk music, making it more world-music-oriented. Perhaps it could be called "world bluegrass." The journey of learning bluegrass music is always ongoing...
